Hi! My name is Oreofe Bamisile, and I’m a recent law graduate from the University of Warwick. I transitioned to the UK from Nigeria in year 10 as a full time boarding student, and have been here ever since. During my time at boarding school I actively engaged in extracurricular activities, including playing the clarinet, participating in theatre productions and immersing myself into the worlds of Model UN and debate.  This gravitated me towards my degree in Law . I also enjoy and appreciate  music, reading and going to the theatre. I am more than happy to offer any advice and assistance to students planning on studying in the UK.

What was the biggest challenge you faced adapting to boarding school?: Overall, I would not say I faced a lot of challenges  starting boarding school since I had already attended boarding school in Nigeria, but one thing I found quite difficult was adapting to different exam boards and style of teaching, but my teachers were very accommodating and always offered extra support when needed, so it made my transition much easier
