A brief introduction
Hey there, my name is Amil Folawiyo and I’m a recent Economics and Finance graduate from the University of Manchester. Currently, I work as an Operations Analyst at the Bank of New York (BNY) and I have a keen interest in financial services and markets. I moved to the UK to start boarding school when I was 9 years old, and have been here ever since. Please feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to share more about my experiences.
What was the biggest challenge you faced adapting to boarding school in the UK?: Probably the food. Adapting to boarding school food from Nigerian food isn’t easy, but I guess you get used to it.
