A brief introduction
Hi, there! I’m Tiwa, a 3rd year @ UCL studying Politics & IR. Previously, I attended Malvern College and studied Politics, Philosophy & Economics. During my time at uni, I’ve led a few projects ranging from a dating app to restaurant backend software. Both were unsuccessful, but taught me a lot! When I’m not working on tech products, I’m reading about VC or powerlifting with UCL Barbell. Please reach out if you’ve got any questions about the transition to A-Levels, the UCAS application process or university in London.
What was the biggest challenge you faced adapting to boarding school?: My experience with culture shock was quite surreal. I had to get used to a lot of new norms, a few new cuisines, and struggling with my accent. These are probably the biggest challenges I faced, because of the drastic changes from back home in Nigeria.
